His leadership has been pivotal in navigating numerous challenges across primary care trusts, strategic health authorities, and mental health trusts. He has spearheaded transformative projects such as mental health homicide inquiries, reducing restrictive practices, ligature management, and suicide prevention initiatives, demonstrating his indomitable spirit and effectiveness.
